BRD Caller Pop — Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026 · BRD Pest Solutions. This extension is internal software for BRD Pest Solutions customer service staff. It is not offered to the general public.

What the extension does

When a BRD customer service representative answers an inbound call, the extension opens that caller's existing account in the FieldRoutes tab the representative already has open, so they do not have to ask the customer to read out their address.

What it collects

Nothing is collected from the person using the extension. The extension stores two settings, locally in the browser: the representative's work email address (used to identify which employee's calls to show) and an access key issued by BRD. Neither is transmitted anywhere except to BRD's own server, described below.

The extension does not read, record, or transmit the contents of any web page. It does not track browsing activity, and it is active only on fieldroutes.com, BRD's own field-service system.

What it receives

From BRD's own server, the extension receives the customer account identifier for the call the representative is currently handling, along with that customer's name and branch, in order to open the correct account. This is BRD business data about BRD's own customers, held in systems BRD already operates.

Where data goes

Data is exchanged only between the extension and BRD's own server (juanito-vh94.onrender.com) and BRD's FieldRoutes account. No data is sold, and none is shared with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. There are no third-party trackers or analytics in this extension.

Retention

Call information is held in memory on BRD's server for approximately one hour after a call ends, so a representative can finish their notes, and is then discarded. The two local settings remain in the browser until the representative changes them or removes the extension.
